Privacy Policy

I posted this journey for one reason only- to provide a beacon of hope for those that need it. I do not intend to earn any money from the site - and, as a result, my privacy policy is very simple.

Any personal information you provide to me including and similar to your name, address, telephone number, fax number, or email address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of incredulation.com

My web server automatically recognizes only the domains, but not the email addresses, of visitors to our website. I collect aggregate (general tracking) information about pages that users visit on my site. I do not collect user-specific information on pages visited on my site.

I collect contact information from visitors who communicate with me via email and/or our online contact form. This information may include some or all of the following: name, street address, telephone number, fax number, email address, and such other information as volunteered by website visitors.

Upon request I provide site visitors with access to their own contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that I maintain about them. Visitors can have this information corrected by sending me an email.

Collected information is used for contacting, tracking, or internal review and is then archived for future reference. The information I collect is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. It is only disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.

If you supply me with your postal address online, you will only receive the information for which you provided me your address. Persons who supply me with their telephone or fax numbers online will only receive telephone or fax contact from me with information for which they provided me their phone or fax numbers.

If you have provided an email address and you do not want to receive email from me in the future, please let me know by sending me email.

From time to time, I may use visitor information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in my privacy notice. If my information practices change at some time in the future, I will post the policy changes to my website to notify you of these changes. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at my website periodically. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by emailing me here.

With respect to Ad Servers: I do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies or content delivery services.

Triumph Over Addiction is not responsible for the content of external Internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

Triumph Over Addiction allows Google to place a cookie on my behalf. It is strictly used for tracking where my guests come from - and if/when they return. (A cookie is a small data text file that allows websites to recognize you and customize your visits to their sites. Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information.)
